Tantrik Meditation & Yoga
Tuscany · India · Guatemala
Authentic traditional Hatha Yoga and yogic meditation — taught the way the ancients intended. A 200-year-old Tuscan forest home, an ashram on a stunning crater lake, journeys to authentic India. Small groups. Master teachers. Real transformation.
Stillness & Fire has been guiding genuine seekers since 2012 through authentic traditional Hatha Yoga and yogic meditation — not as exercise or wellness trends, but as the ancient transformative disciplines they truly are. Whether you arrive for a 200-hour teacher training, a silent Vipassana retreat, a journey into complete darkness, or a sacred pilgrimage to India, you will find practices rooted in the living lineages of Zen, Kundalini, Tantra, Advaita Vedanta, and Theravada Buddhism — held by teachers who have lived them for over two decades.
Every offering at Stillness & Fire is rooted in authentic traditional yogic practice — taught not from textbooks, but from decades of lived experience in the lineages of Hatha, Kundalini, Tantra, and Vipassana.
Classical Hatha & Kundalini Yoga taught the way it was meant — focusing on stillness of body and mind in each posture as the doorway to self-inquiry, not gymnastics. Over 225 contact hours. Small groups. Tuscany forest home.

Journey to Ladakh with Arjuna and Arpita — a rare pilgrimage to one of the world's most spiritually alive landscapes, where Yogic and Buddhist practice meet in the high Himalayas.
Discover More →
Arjuna has spent over two decades in deep immersion with integral Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Tantrik practice, Theravada Buddhism, and Vipassana — studying in India, Thailand, Mexico, and beyond. His integral approach focuses on stillness of body and mind in each posture as a gateway to self-inquiry, not performance. Alive with devotion, yogic philosophy, and Sufi poetry, every session he leads goes far beyond the physical.
Arjuna is lead teacher in Hatha & Kundalini Yoga, yogic philosophy, Tantrik studies, anatomy, and Bhakti & Kirtan.
With a deep background in Eastern philosophy — Buddhist studies, comparative religion, and Advaita Vedanta — Arpita was drawn to Theravada Buddhism and Vipassana in her early twenties, experiencing her first states of profound expansion of consciousness and unconditional compassion. She has since dedicated her life to sharing the practice of presence and meditation in all its forms, including transgressive practices that dissolve the boundaries of the conditioned self. Her guidance creates a space of remarkable safety and stillness that allows each practitioner to go as deep as they are truly ready to go.
Arpita leads dhyana / meditation, self-inquiry, scripture study, and sacred women's teachings within all Stillness & Fire offerings.
The guidance of two phenomenal, insightful teachers, Arjuna and Arpita, takes you on an internal journey to discover where you fit into this enormous, perplexing universe.
Arpita and Arjuna are just amazing people, plain and simple. Their dynamic is so comfortable, and their presence so relaxing. The teaching style is very straight forward and understandable. I missed this family the moment I left the doors.
Thank you for holding such a safe and beautiful space! I can 108% recommend them as very reliable and inspiring teachers. For me it has definitely turned out to be one of the most transformative and significant experience ever made!
Stillness & Fire holds practice in three extraordinary locations: the Inner Peace Sanctuary, a 200-year-old home set in ten hectares of chestnut forest in Tuscany; Mahadevi Ashram on a stunning volcanic crater lake in Guatemala; and sacred journeys to authentic India — Ladakh, Rishikesh, and beyond — where the living roots of the practice are still alive and unbroken.
Kirtan — call-and-response devotional chanting — is one of the most direct and potent practices of Bhakti Yoga: the path of the heart. Combined with world-famous Guatemalan ceremonial cacao, it opens the chest, dissolves the mind's armour, and lets the practitioner drop straight into the heart space that all other yogic practices are quietly pointing toward.
Stillness & Fire offers Cacao Kirtan as a standalone event and as an integral part of teacher trainings and retreats. Each session is led live with instruments and voice — rooted in tradition, accessible to everyone, requiring nothing but your willingness to show up and sing.
